职责描述： 1.Professionalism and positive attitude 专业正向的工作态度 2.According to the strategy of the hospital to make nursing plan andcarry it out. 根据医院工作战略，拟定医院护理工作计划，报院部批准备案，并组织实施 3.supervise nursing quality management, nursing skills’ implementationto improve the quality of nursing services 监督护理质量管理、护理技术常规执行情况，提高护理服务质量 4.Be reasonable planning and manpower assignment to ensure medical safety. 合理计划和调配使用护理人员，保证医疗安全； 5.Deal with nursing related issue 处理所有护士相关问题。 6.Involved with nurse recruiting and evaluation 负责护士招聘和评估； 7.Involved with nurse education planning and training 参与护士继续教育的制定和培训。 8.Ensure the medical service environment is safe, comfortable, quiet,tidy and orderly, and do the propaganda, information and health guidanceduring the treatment of patients, so as to achieve the standardizationand standardization of management 确保医疗服务环境安全、舒适、安静、整洁、有序，做好患者就诊期间的宣教、告知、健康指导，切实做到管理规范化、标准化。 9.Responsible for nursing staff performance reviews and updating jobdescriptions. 负责护士的绩效评定和工作职责的制定。 10.Coordinate between nursing staffs and medical staff 做好医疗与护理之间的协调。 11.Review nurse staffing issues Yosemite wide to improve nursing quality. 复盘总结优诗美地医疗下的所有护理问题以便提高护理质量。
岗位职责： 1.Bachelor`s degree in Nursing or graduate of a professional School ofNursing. 护理专业本科以上学历； 2.Possesses professional license to practice nursing in Shanghai,People*s Republic of China，practice license and qualificationcertificate necessary. 持有中华人民共和国护士执业证和资格证； 3.Minimum 10 years’ nursing management experience. 10年以上护理管理经验； 4.Good English skills both speaking and written. 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力； 5.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese 良好的中英文沟通能力 6.Excellent clinical skills 熟练的临床经验和技能 7.Excellent leadership and management skills 优秀的领导和管理能力 8.
