DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1. Provide intervention/psychotherapy to children, adults, and familiesin both clinic-based and community-based context 2. Provide services in a culturally competent and sensitive manner 3. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients* treatment 4. Availability to assist in on-call after-hour duties on a rotationalbasis 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting thatwill include speech/language pathology, occupational therapy,psychiatry, behavioral pediatrics, neurology, etc. 6. Clinic Management duties including: a) Maintenance of clinician schedules, interaction with front desk andnursing staff for general department management b) Interaction with other disciplines within the department such asspeech/language pathology and occupational therapy c) Interface with other departments within the hospital for referrals,such as neurology, ENT, etc. d) Develop and lead training workshops and courses about mental healthissues for clinicians, families, or the community on an as-needed basis.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求： If applicant is Chinese, applicant must qualify for Health Bureaucertification At least 3 years’ post-license experience providing clinical mentalhealth services At least 3 years’ post-license experience providing clinical services(including assessment and intervention) Experience with psych diagnostic and psychoeducational assessments
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY 语言要求: • Not Applicable (Chinese speaking only) Reading/writing medical records and documents in English Basic oral communication with patients and other staffs in English
EDUCATION 教育背景要求: Master’s degree and/or above in a related field, such as clinicalpsychology, counseling psychology Licensed to practice as psychotherapist by an accredited andappropriate licensing body in home country
