a) Perform the professional duties of a pharmacist in thereview/preparation of medication orders, medication counseling,provision of drug information. 履行药师专业职责，审查/调配用药医嘱，提供药物咨询和药学信息
b) Provide clinical pharmacy services to designated patient. 向指定患者提供临床药学服务
c) Provide advice and guidance to medical staff on the provision ofdrug therapies.在药物治疗方面为医务人员提供建议和指导
d) Provide specific information to patients and caregivers on safeand effective drug usage.在药物安全和有效性方面为病人和医疗服务人员提供具体信息
e) Train pharmacy staff to develop competency and experience inclinical pharmacy services.通过培训提高药学人员的临床药学服务能力和经验
f) Perform extension hours and on-call duties as assigned in dutyroster. 按排班表进行加班和值班
g) Ensure all procedures conform to legal and hospital policy. 确保所有流程符合法规和医院政策
h) Assist the pharmacy manager in the development of pharmacyservice. 协助药房经理拓展药事服务
任职资格
a) Bachelor or above equivalent in pharmacy or clinical pharmacyfrom accredited institution. 正规院校药学或临床药学本科或以上学历
b) Chinese professional title with pharmacist/senior pharmacist. 药师或主管药师职称
c) Minimum 4-6 years working experience in hospital, more than 2years as clinical pharmacist position 至少4-6年医院工作经验，2年以上临床药师岗位
d) Professional and communication skills. 具备专业知识和沟通技巧
e) Skillfully master office software. 熟练掌握办公软件
f) Good in written as well as spoken in Mandarin and English. 良好的中英文书面和口语能力
