岗位职责: 工作职责 1. Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy andcompleteness of patient labeling and input into pharmacy computer. 2. Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription related problems. 3. Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications. 4. Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction withphysicians and other care providers. 5. Reviews inpatient orders and screens them for possible duplications, interactions. 6. Dispense medication to hospitalized patients 7. Follow and understands all pharmacy policies and relevant hospitalpolicies. Other Duties Performed- 8. Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check. 9. Checking for expired medications. 10. Performing monthly narcotic inventory. 11. Completing a monthly invoice for various drug suppliers. 12. Take part in evening and weekend shifts. Participate in nighton-calls if needed. 13. Compounding products for our department stock. 14. Assist in completion of mail and internet pharmacy order 任职要求: 任职要求 1. Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy or pharmacy specialty ina technical academy 2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in a pharmacy (community orhospital) setting 3. Be able to perform the pharmacy duties independently 4. Good communication skills in English and Chinese. 5. Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics andpharmacy practice.
