职责描述： 优复门诊 UP CLINIC 是优复医疗集团旗下的连锁骨科康复门诊部品牌，致力于肌骨康复、运动医学以及骨科相关疾病的预防与诊疗。优复门诊的宗旨是“优质医疗，优质康复”。目前在上海静安区南京西路板块、浦东新区八佰伴板块、长宁区古北板块，黄浦区新天地板块运营高端连锁康复门诊，我们对接50多家国内外高端医疗保险，为运动爱好者、骨科手术后人群以及亚健康人士提供专业医疗服务。 优复门诊UP CLINIC团队以孙晓怡博士、叶庭均博士、与Cory Arth博士为首的医生集团所创立。创始人为省领军人物，并拥有国家级专利。
职位描述： Daily reception at the front desk, including but not limited to: 日常接待工作，包括但不仅限于： 1. Registering customer information, registration, establishing cases,referral, patient guidance and fees; 客户资料登记、挂号，病例建立与管理，分诊、患者引导及收费； 2. Telephone answering, consultation and answer, patient appointmentbooking, change of appointment; 电话接听、咨询和解答，患者就诊预约、改约； 3. Use the return visit client and SMS platform, and confirm the returnvisit and appointment with customers on the same day and the next day.回访客户及短信平台使用，当日和次日客户的回访和预约确认； 4. Responsible for daily charge accurately; 负责日常收费工作，收费记账准确； 5. Assisted the organization, communication and coordination of relatedactivities in the clinic;协助诊所内相关活动的组织、沟通与协调； 6. Other work assigned by leader. 上级领导交办的其他工作事项。 任职要求： 1. College degree or above, standard mandarin and fluent spokenEnglish; 大专以上学历，普通话标准，英文口语书写流利； 2. Good sense of service and good communication with patients;具有良好的服务意识，能与患者建立并维持良好的沟通关系； 3. Good coordination ability, ability to deal with emergencyindependently, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility,cheerful personality, strong affinity; 具备良好的协调能力、独立处理应急事件的能力，沟通能力强，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力； 4. Familiar with the working process of the front desk, and skilled inusing Office software;熟悉前台工作流程，并熟练使用各种办公软件； 5. Good business etiquette 具备一定商务礼仪知识。
