岗位职责: Primary Responsibilities: Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases and injurieswithin the scope of Internal Medicine in both the inpatient andoutpatient setting. Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains datathrough interviews. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinationsand clinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results andevaluates examination findings. Conducts ward rounds and prescribestherapy. Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics,drugs, and compresses. Performs minor surgical procedures. Determinesneed for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. May begranted additional privileges based on documented proficiency Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other Internal Medicine physicians and Department Chairperson Will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supportingdepartmental goals Maybe granted additional responsibilities based on consultation withDepartment Chairperson. Job Competency: During employee’s probation evaluation, employee’s performance will beevaluated from 6 aspects: Quality of work, Working attitude, Attendance,Communication, Knowledge of job, Competency against performanceobjectives. In employee’s final probation evaluation, if 3 or more than3 items of above 6 are defined as “below expectation”, employee shall bedeemed as not competent for current position and cannot meet job requests.
