岗位职责: • Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases andinjuries within the scope of ENT in both the inpatient and outpatientsetting. Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data throughinterviews. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations andclinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results andevaluates examination findings. Conducts ward rounds and prescribestherapy. Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics,drugs, and compresses. Performs minor surgical procedures. Determinesneed for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. May begranted additional privileges based on documented proficiency • Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee • Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other ENT physicians and Department Chairperson • Will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supportingdepartmental goals • May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation withDepartment Chairperson. • Following UFH’s commitment to educating the next generation of medicalprofessionals, physicians will be responsible, as part of their ongoingduties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFH fellowsor other relevant trainees. • Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, departmentchair or CMO. • Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee. • Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other ENT physicians and Department Chairperson. • Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics inevery aspect of his or her work and relationships. 任职要求: • Master of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school ofmedicine recognized by relevant government authority. • Completion of residency training in ENT at a hospital and programacceptable to the Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer
