岗位职责: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The event & product management specialist ensures consistency inapproach and standards of each event and product, supporting the brandimage of UFH in the Shanghai market by performing following duties: 1)Event Management: • Take ownership of the organization of designated events, includingevent planning, design, budget, promotion and delivery. • Ensure each event is delivered on time and within the designated budget. • Liaise with clients - both internal and external - to identify theirneeds and to ensure customer satisfaction • Propose ideas for new events as well as improvements of the quality ofevents, with the ultimate objective to increase brand awareness andpatient volumes. • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events where appropriate • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emergingproblems during events. • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders. Internal & External Relationships: • Work closely with the marketing, sales & supporting teams andthird-party vendors to launch events on time and on budget. • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnelacross the UFH network. 2)Product Management: • Help create and carry out marketing strategies that drive loyalpatient volumes by working closely with the marketing director and teammates. • Work closely with medical staff to understand target audiences andofferings that drive awareness for departments including ortho, surgery,dental, dermatology and others. • Draft and implement marketing plans and campaigns that supportbusiness goals. • Be actively involved in all elements of the marketing team’s efforts. • Develop advertising and promotional opportunities and partnershipswithin the community. • Generate innovative brand marketing ideas with specialist agenciesabove & below the line. • Measure effectiveness, plan financial budgeting, and createstatistical reports • Other work as assigned 3)Product Management: • Help create and carry out marketing strategies that drive loyalpatient volumes by working closely with the marketing director and teammates. • Work closely with medical staff to understand target audiences andofferings that drive awareness for departments including ortho, surgery,dental, dermatology and others. • Draft and implement marketing plans and campaigns that supportbusiness goals. • Be actively involved in all elements of the marketing team’s efforts. • Develop advertising and promotional opportunities and partnershipswithin the community. • Generate innovative brand marketing ideas with specialist agenciesabove & below the line. • Measure effectiveness, plan financial budgeting, and createstatistical reports •Other work as assigned 4)General • Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual performanceagainst pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators. • Other duties and special projects as directed by management.
