职位描述: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:

 Deliver patient centered, evidence-based care in musculoskeletalrehabilitation.

 In line with Jiahui Health requirements on medical documents.

 Participate in quality improvement.

 Other clinical work agreed by both parties.

 Equally share call/coverage duties

 Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients

 Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy

 Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner

 Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested

 Participate in Fellow training when requested

 Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round,Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：

 Rehabilitation related education or Internal medicine education

 Clinical practice above 3 years

 Experience of attending level and holds the title

 ACLS

 Internal medicine knowledge

 Clinical pathway and evidence medicine

 Office software

 Good communication and personal skill

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY 语言要求:

 Fluent Chinese is required and English communication ability is a plus

EDUCATION 教育背景要求:

 NHFPC certificated Rehab doctor,with Bachelor, Master or Doctor Degreein Medicine
