任职资格Requirements ●信息技术、计算机科学或相关专业本科以上学历。 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or arelated field. ●3-8年医院信息系统及相关配套系统工作经验，有地方私立医院工作经验者优先。 3-8 years of experience with hospital information systems and relatedsupporting systems, working experience in local private hospitals preferred. ●1-2年商业智能系统（BI）高级用户经验优先 1-2 years of as advanced users of Business Intelligence Systems preferred
专业技能及经验Professional Skills & Experience ●有中国医疗保健行业和监管方面的经验或知识 Experience or knowledge of China healthcare industry and regulatory ●熟悉SDLC(软件生命周期)、项目治理框架、项目管理方法和系统实施流程 Good knowledge of SDLC, project governance frameworks, projectmanagement methodologies, and system implementation processes ●具备IT业务分析师和/或IT项目经理的经验，并有成功项目交付的记录 Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager,with a track record of successful project delivery ●具有管理及协调外部IT服务供应商的经验 Proven experience in managing external IT solutions and services providers ●能熟练使用Excel Advanced proficiency in Excel ●具备基本数据库知识 Basic understanding of Database knowledge.
