岗位职责: • Perform daily patient Rehabilitation Medicine consultation and therapy 进行每日康复医学咨询和治疗 • Provides patient education related to procedures and therapeuticgoals, etc. 提供与手术和治疗等目的相关的患者教育 • Work as a member of the healthcare team 作为医疗团队成员的一份子工作 • Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other team or CMO 与其他团队或医疗总监合作以致力于提升部门工作及质量 • Be actively involved in hospital committees as they pertain to his/herprofessional practice. 积极参加其专业相关的医院委员会活动 • Will work closely with Chair of Department in supporting department goals. 与部门主任紧密合作以实现部门目标 任职要求: Qualifications: • Doctor of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school ofmedicine 获得批准的医学院的医学博士学位(或同等)学历 • Board Certified (or equivalent) in Rehabilitation Medicine 康复医学委员会认证(或同等)资格 • In possession of an active Chinese Medical License 拥有有效的中国医师执照 • At least Five years of clinical and hospital experience asRehabilitation Medicine doctor clinical practiced. Experience in JVHospital/Clinic is a plus. 拥有五年以上康复医生经验，并具有临床与医院经验，有相关医院/诊所经验者优先 • Team player and able to work independent. 具有团队精神并能够独立工作
Skills: • Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the MedicalStaff By-Laws 必须具备法律规定中所定义的正式医务人员身份 • Fluency in English and Chinese. 流利的英文、中文能力 • Good personnel skill. Experience treating outpatients and inpatients 良好的人员技能，具有治疗门诊与住院患者的经验 • Computer literate – Word, Internet usage 良好的电脑能力-办公软件及互联网使用 • Good organizational skills 良好的组织能力 • Culturally sensitive 有一定文化敏感度，尊重各地文化
