岗位职责: Responsibilities 职责: • Establish unity within the Section, bridging cultural divides 在部门内建立团队，弥合文化差异。; • Model leadership and teamwork within the Section 在部门内发挥表率性的领导力和团队合作精神; • Maintains a current documented scope of service for the departmentwhich includes the department’s goals, current services and plannedservices. 保证科室的医疗服务范围，部门工作目标，服务和计划的完成。 • In line with the Hospital strategy, develop and implement programsfor growth – to reflect increase activity, complexity and scope ofservice 与医院发展策略保持一致，制定本科室提高医疗服务的规模、范围和技术水平的计划。 • Actively be involved in patient complaints, and review each peerreview in an adjudication role 处理病人投诉。进行同业审查和病例审查; • Responsible for defining the mix and number of staff required in orderto provide the service, and for defining in a job description theeducation, skills, knowledge and experience required of each staffmember. 决定科室的员工数量及结构以满足工作需要。制定合格员工所需具备的教育背景、技能、知识等具体条件。 • Perform the Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology duties asDermatologist. 作为皮肤科医生进行皮肤科和医美科临床诊疗工作。 • Support talent acquisition, recruiting and training of physicians, andlead performance review and improvement as needed, including the settingof goals across the department for both individual and group targets 本科室的医师招聘和培训，对医生进行绩效评审，包括制定个人及小组的绩效目标; • Ensure ongoing medical education for the medical staff in theDepartment 确保科室医务人员的继续医学教育; • Work closely with facility Regulatory Officers to ensure practicepatterns meet and conform to regulatory requirements within China andShenzhen Municipality 确保医疗工作符合中国和深圳市的监管要求; • Where relevant, support UFH Centres, including research, training,disaster relief, and primary care 需要时为和睦家各中心提供支持，包括科研、培训、赈灾和家庭医疗中心。 • Where relevant, assist in new development projects 需要时为医院的新的发展部门提供支持。. • Perform any other duties as may be requested by the CMO or designee 履行首席医疗官可能分配的其他任务; 任职要求: Qualifications 资格: • Doctor of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school ofmedicine 获得正规医学院校医学学位（或同等学历）。 • Board Certified (or equivalent) in Cosmetic care 医美资格（或同等资格）。 • In possession of an active Chinese Medical License 具备有效的中国医疗执照。 • Cosmetic Dermatology certificate is preferred 取得广东省美容主诊医师资格优先 • At least 8 years working experience in clinical dermatology 至少8年及以上的皮肤科工作经验 • Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience at a clinical administrativelevel preferred; 具备3到5年 临床管理工作经验者优先。 • Previous experience and working knowledge of management techniqueswith proven successful service within a medical staff structurepreferred 具备在医疗人员体系中有成功服务经验和管理知识者优先;
