岗位职责: • Greet patients and check patients in; update patient’s information onTrakcare • 接待患者并更新患者信息在Trackcare医疗系统中 • Handle incoming calls; take messages and route messages to appropriate party. • 接患者电话,留言,传递信息到相应的部门 • Set and maintain physician/clinic appointments. • 接待预约 • Registration for new patient. • 新病人的注册 • Manage daily clinic activities through Trakcare. • 在医疗系统中处理诊所每日活动 • Prepare medical files and insurance claim forms for direct billing. • 准备医疗材料和直付保险表格 • Check and ensure the accuracy of the patient registration details& document completion. • 确保病人注册信息准确和文件完成 • Maintain sufficient doctors’ name cards available in the clinic. • 在诊所维持医生的信息卡片 • Assist physicians and nurses on patient communication, and helpfilling the medical record • 在病人沟通上协助医生和护士,并帮忙存档病案 • Participate QI data collection for the department level and hospital level • 参与质量安全的数据收集 • Follow hospital policy and procedures • 遵循医院制度和流程 • Order and maintain all the clinical forms available for department • 订购和维持足够的临床表格 • Record and track on outpatient clinic activities. • 记录并追踪患者看诊 • Ensure that the waiting area is tidy and clean • 确保等待区干净整洁 • Able to accomplish the assigned work independently • 独立完成工作 • Have a good communication skills between nurse and physician • 良好的沟通能力 • Show positive good working attitude and willingness to take onchallenges at work • 积极的工作态度和面对工作挑战 • Enter into Track and prepare bills to be paid by hospital. • 进入医疗系统并准备账单 • Collect payment from and issue receipts to patients • 收集付款表并提供发票给病人 • Other assignments by supervisor/manager • 由主管或者经理指派的其他工作 • Perform any other duties as assigned. • 分配的其他的工作内容 任职要求: • Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to work under pressure andin a fast pace working environment. • 能够同时处理多项工作,并快节奏的工作 • Excellent oral and written English and Chinese. • 良好的中英文沟通能力 • Good office computer software skills • 良好的电脑使用能力 • Proficient in managing Trakcare system • 能熟练的掌握系统 • Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette • 良好的电话沟通技巧 • Good customer service skill • 良好的服务意识 • Caring in nature, organized and service-oriented • 关爱员工,以人为本 • A team player • 团队合作
