岗位职责: Responsibilities: 1) Performs all radiological diagnostic procedures and fluoroscopicexaminations. Operates radiographic and darkroom equipment. 2) Provides explanation and instructions to patients. Checks accuracy ofinformation regarding patient. Instruct patients regarding procedures.Obtains patient history for IVP, fluoro exams, mammograms, ultrasounds,etc., and asks about the possibility of pregnancy. 3) Assists the radiologists and physicians in performing radiographicprocedures or tasks. Uses variety of radiation protection and shielding materials. 4) Maintains stock in individual x-ray rooms and responsible forrestocking work area 5) Available for night, weekend, or holiday work as needed. 6) Participates in in-service programs, staff, and educational meetings. 7) Maintains patient confidentiality. 8) Evaluates radiographs or images for technical quality, assuringproper identification as recorded. 9) May be required to travel to other clinic facilities to performradiology procedures upon demand. 10) Equipment maintenance includes finding and reporting problem,instructing bi-engineer repair if necessary. 11) Following UFH’s commitment to educating the next generation ofmedical professionals, physicians will be responsible, as part of theirongoing duties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFHfellows or other relevant trainees. 12) Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor,department chair or CMO. 13) Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee. 14) Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other physicians and Department Chairperson. 15) Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics inevery aspect of his or her work and relationships. 任职要求: Qualifications: - Graduate from Medical School of Radiology Technology Major. - Minimum Experience Requirement- - At least 8 years experience in Radiology department. - Familiar all radiology procedures operating. - Certificate or Licensing Needed - - Graduate Certificate, Qualification Certificate - CRRT (R/CT/MR)
Knowledge: - Good knowledge in major of Imaging Technology of medical college. - Have the basic clinical knowledge. - Proficient in conducting the equipment and practicing the daily workincluding modalities of routine radiography, CT, MRI operating
Skills: - Should be correctable to operate equipment and overview-developedfilms. - Ability to maneuver heavy equipment and withstand the weight of thelead apron on a continuous basis. - Able to perform moderate lifting and bending in positioning patientsand equipment for procedures. - Must be able to commute to satellite facilities to work throughout theday as required. - Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
