职责描述： 1.Participate in the clinic daily activities and whole process ofmanagement for patient care, make the note record as required. 负责提供门诊患者日常的医疗服务，参与透析患者的全程管理，并及时按要求做好规定的记录。 2.Evaluate all new referrals and coordinate with theConsultant/specialists and implement medical plan of management approved by the Consultant/specialists or Clinic Medical Director,should be shouldered and supervised by the specialist/ Clinic Medical Director. 评估所有新转诊来的患者状况，并与相关专家协调，执行专家或诊所医疗主任批准的诊治计划，并在专家或诊所医疗主 任指导下工作。 3.Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scopeof his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. Assist to ensure that clinic is prepared at all times to handle dialysis careof patients including proper training of teammates, equipment readiness, and procedures in place. 完成其他在其知识、技能和能力范围内的任务和职责。协助确保诊所随时能接收处理患者的功能状态，包括对相关同事 进行适当的培训，设备的备用状态，以及相关流程的建立。 4.Prepare reports for patients (medical or non-medical) as needed. 根据需要准备患者要求的(医疗或非医疗)相关报告资料。 5. Interpret basic diagnostic laboratory results, electrocardiographsand chest radiographs, etc. 向患者解释基本的实验室诊断结果，心电图和胸片等报告的结果。 6.Participate in patients educational activities. 积极参与病人的健康教育活动。 7. Participate in the clinic educational activity. This includes GrandRounds, bedside teaching Sessions, Clinical Lectures, Tutorials, healthcare industries’ Seminars, the Journal Club, CME asrequired as local Gov and corporation,etc. 参与专业相关的临床继续教育活动。包括病例研讨、床边教学、医疗讲座、辅导、医疗行业组织的研讨会、期刊俱乐 部、以及当地政府和公司要求的专业医学继续教育活动等。 8. Assist to set up and update the policies and procedures of theDiaverum dialysis clinics, the by-Laws, Rules and Regulations according to both Chinese local and corporation. 根据中国当地和公司的规定，协助建立和及时更新透析诊所医疗相关的政策和程序。
QUALIFICATION 任职要求： Education 教育背景 1.Bachelor degree in medicine or higher education 临床医疗专业本科及以上学历 2.Hold valid medical practice license, qualification certificate, anddialysis certification or advanced training certificate in Dialysis dep of tier 3 public teaching hospitalas local laws and regulations required. 持当地现行有效医疗执业许可证，资格证书, 取得符合当地法律法规要求的透析上岗证或三级医院血透室/血液净化中心 培训合格证书。 3. Certified in BLS and preferably in ACLS 具有基础生命支持证书及高级心血管生命支持证书者优先
Experience 工作经验 Preference will be given who has dialysis department experience in arange of Internal Medicine branches 具有内科/血透室，血液净化中心工作经验者优先
