岗位职责
• The development of orthopedic service at BJU
• Arrangement of all the external recourses
• Data collection
• Improvement of safety and quality
• Crisis Management
• Bridge the patient transfer between BJU and BJUR
• Keep and sort the administration and clinical files
• Carry out the administration job under the leading of session chief
• Communicate with all team members closely, help them to work better
任职条件
Bachelor’s (University) Degree
• At least three years experience of marketing communication management
• Experience in Advertising/PR Company a plus
• Team player and able to work independently
• Result driven
• Computer skills: MS office, Windows
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Good management skills
• Ability to work effectively in team-based environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships withpatients, employees and the public
Marketing Planning
• Healthcare marketing, marketing communication and public relationship
• Market research, such as, conducting market survey, intelligenceinformation collection,
etc.
