Channel Account Manager

Role Summary/Purpose: Responsible for all the GEHC Life Sciencesproduct and performance management related to dealer channel in aspecific geography or territory. Individuals are responsible foridentifying and pursuing their own dealer, dealer funnel management, newface dealer development, and teamwork with regional sales team to meetdefined market share and dealer’s quota targets.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealer strategy planning, forecasting and achievementof objectives.

- Establish and monitor standards for dealer performance withinterritories concerned.

- Teamwork with legal & compliance team, in accordance with companystandard audit dealer entry into or termination.

- Monitor direct and indirect sales pricing in market.

- Maintain and develop relationships with dealers.

- Own dealer funnel management, dealer development and dealerperformance review.

- Search for new dealer in territory or geography, build up dealertalent poor in territory or geography.

- Using CRM tools to monitor dealer’s completing territory coverage,penetration and win/loss rate. Maintain dealer input data’s quality.

- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of GEHealthcare life science product and competitive products.

- Teamwork with regional sales team to achieve annual dealer salestargets.

- Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and qualityprocesses.
- Proficiency in Strategic Selling principles and tools

- Min 3 years work experience in Life Sciences related industry

- GE Centricity experience/knowledge

- Self starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to workautonomously

- Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork andcollaboration

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers atall levels

- Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management andallocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple taskssimultaneously
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: 1. Education - university level degree in LifeSciences related discipline, and possibly MBA or PhD level, plusexperience selling in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or R&Dmarkets
2. Advanced background/training in and understanding of GE Healthcareproducts
