Application Specialist (CRITICAL CARE 呼吸、监护产品)

Role Summary/Purpose: Delivery clinical application to the customersand communicate customer feedback to product and sales team.
Develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminaries’ collaborations.
Provide application support to sales teams, report (clinical) studiesand create clinical selling tools.
Improve NPS
Drive repurchases
Essential Responsibilities:
- Delivery clinical application training to the customers

- Develop (clinical) competition intelligence to support the sales.

- Communicate customer feedback and provide clinical/researchinformation to product and sales teams.

- Establish and maintain the training centers and the show sites

- Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars anduser group meetings.

- Improve NPS by delivering high quality clinical application tocustomers.

- Identify any opportunities to drive repurchase

- Build up dealer application team and ensure the high qualityapplication training is delivered.

- Communication with service technical support team.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medical.

- Qualified in clinical applications

- More than 3 years of ICU department working experience required.

- Ventilator device training experience preferred.

- Customer contact experience

- Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers)

- Familiar with the relevant GE Healthcare product range

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to effectivelycommunicate issues and proposals to external customer and internalteams.

- Teaching ability: present complex material/ techniques incomprehensible terms, present a professional image

- Proficient in English material reading and good at computer skills

- Creative, flexible and well-organized

- Team player

1. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business ortechnical/clinical field
2. Strong leadership skills (respected by peers and leadership forcontributions to the business)
3. Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experiencedesired)
4. Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material inunderstandable terms
5. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability toeffectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers,global counterparts and to team members in other functionalorganizations)
6. Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict,communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team membersand external customers)
7. Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with bothinternal team members and external customers as a part of asolution-based sales process)
8. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identifyopportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
9. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
10. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities atone time
11. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
12. Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred
13. Advanced certification/registries desired
14. Five or more years of demonstrated clinical scanning skills inspecific
15. Experience on all current GE products for which responsibilitiescover
16. Experience within GE Clinical Applications or Clinical Marketingroles
17. Fluency in other relevant languages within territory
