岗位职责: 1. Patient care 2. Take history and perform physical exams assessments and treatment ofpatients in the Emergency Department (including urgent, emergent, andnon-urgent presentation) 3. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary andappropriate for plan of care. 4. Define/document differential diagnoses and list differentialdiagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated. 5. Document adequately for communication with future care givers andto allow appropriate billing. 6. Assist in billing and coding functions 7. Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff. 8. Participate in hospital administrative functions as appropriateincluding membership on at least one committee 9. Participate in community events coordinated by Guangzhou UnitedFamily Hospital 10. Follow by laws, policy, and procedure of Guangzhou United Family Hospital. 任职资格: 1. The staff member MUST hold a medical degree from an internationallyrecognized medical institution. 2. The staff member should ideally hold specialist Emergency MedicineQualifications, but if this is not the case, at least five (5) years ofEmergency Medicine experience at internationally recognized andaccredited institutions. 3. The staff member should be registered in his or her home country andshould also possess licensing with the Guangzhou Medical Board. 4. Has the necessary skills and experience to examine, diagnose, andtreat illnesses and injuries in the acute care setting for both theadult and pediatric population. 5. Provides immediate diagnosis and resuscitation care forlife-threatening conditions, and directs the provision of such care inthe prehospital setting as that is possible. 6. Provides diagnosis and care on the basis of medical history, physicalexamination, and diagnostic tests. 7. Provides supportive care to patients with serious medical andsurgical conditions until the care of that patient can be assumed by theappropriate specialist for that condition. 8. Provides definitive or interim care for conditions that, whilenot life-threatening, cause discomfort or risk of worsening or can betaken care of in that visit 9. Has the experience and training to justify medical staffcertification in the standard emergency department procedures. 10. The staff member should possess a knowledge base equivalent to aninternationally accredited Emergency Physician.
