Washington State University Postdoctoral Position in Chromatin and DNA Repair
Job Description
POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN CHROMATIN AND DNA REPAIR is available immediately in the School of Molecular Biosciences at Washington State University. The successful applicant will investigate the role of histone residues and modifications in regulating DNA excision repair in S. cerevisiae (e.g., Kyriss et al., (2010) Mol. Cell. Biol. 30:3503; Nag et al., (2010) Nucleic Acids Res. 38:1450; Chaudhuri et al., (2009) Nucleic Acids Res. 37:1690). This is part of a joint collaborative project between the laboratories of Dr. John Wyrick (www.wsu.edu/~jwyrick ) and Dr. Michael Smerdon (www.wsu.edu/~smerdon/index.html ).
