Postdoctoral positions in Immunology, cancer and Stem Cells

Several postdoctoral positions are available immediately in Dr. Laijun Lai’s laboratory at the Medical School of the University of Connecticut Health Center. Research areas include: 1) antitumor immunity enhanced by a novel cytokine; 2) differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, T cell progenitors or thymic epithelial progenitors from embryonic stem cells; 3) T cell regeneration after bone marrow transplantation. Candidates should have PhD, MD/PhD, MD, or are PhD students and must be highly motivated. A strong background in Cellular & Molecular Biology and previous research experience or training in immunology and/or stem cell biology, and mouse models is preferred.
