Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks 主要工作职责，活动和任务 • Process development: Develop innovative CAR-T cell sorting processes to ensure high purity and recovery (including antibody coupling, raw material selection, raw material labeling, dilution preparation, and establishment of evaluation standard processes). 工艺设计：开发创新CAR-T细胞分选工艺，确保高纯度和高回收率（包括抗体偶联、原材料选择、原料的标记，稀释液配制和建立评价标准流程）。 • Technical optimization: Continuously improve existing sorting techniques to enhance process stability and reproducibility. 技术优化：不断改进现有分选技术，提高工艺的稳定性和可重复性。 • Quality assurance: Ensure that all sorting processes comply with GMP and industry best practices. 质量保证：确保所有分选工艺流程符合GMP和行业最佳实践。 • Data analysis: Use statistical and data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis of sorting results to support process improvement. 数据分析：利用统计学和数据分析工具，对分选结果进行深入分析，以支持工艺改进。 • Document writing: Write detailed experimental reports, SOPs, and process validation documents. 文档编写：编写详细的实验报告、SOPs和工艺验证文档。 • Team collaboration: Collaborative sales provide technical support to customers for any issues they encounter during use, promoting product sales.
