As the head of medical safety and quality, lead and guide the doctor and the head nurse, to regularly inspect, check and take care of the patients, formulate, implement the patient's treatment plan, deal with various medical problems in the patient's dialysis process, and ensure the safety and quality of the patient's treatment. 作为医疗安全/质量的负责人，带领/指导医生、在护士长的共同参与下，定期巡视、检查、照顾病人，制定、落实、执行病人治疗方案，处理病人透析过程中各种医疗问题，确保病人治疗安全、质量； 2. In accordance with the work guidance and requirements of the Medical Advisory Council, implement various diagnostic and therapeutic norms to ensure that the patients receive the best clinical treatment. 配合医疗顾问委员会（Medical Advisory Council）的工作指导和要求，落实执行各项诊疗规范，保证病人得到最佳的临床治疗; 3. Coordinate and maintain the internal and external relationship of the center and ensure the smooth operation of the center 协调并维护中心内部及外部关系，保障中心工作顺利开展; 4. To establish individual dialysis and comprehensive treatment plan for patients, and adjust the treatment plan in time in order to improve the medical quality of the center, and do the statistical work of the patient's medical quality data, report it in time, and strive to meet the requirements of the quality management department of the company. 为患者制定个体化的透析及综合治疗方案，并适时调整治疗方案，以提高中心的医疗质量，并做好患者医疗质量数据的统计整理工作，及时上报，并定期进行中心工作情况分析和持续改进，力争使中心各项医疗指标达到公司质量管理部门的要求； 5. In order to meet the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of the state health administration, be responsible for the medical documents of the center, the account writing, the reporting of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and the network reporting of dialysis patients. 负责中心相关医疗文书、台账的书写及传染病的疫情上报和透析患者网报工作，以达到国家卫生行政机关相关法律法规的要求； 6. Strictly implement the standard of admission of patients in the center, strictly enforce the nosocomial infections control such as hand hygiene, so as to eliminate the epidemic of infectious diseases. 严格执行中心病人收治标准，严格执行手卫生等院感制度，以杜绝传染病流行； 7. Responsible for the daily education of patients, in order to enhance the patient's compliance, and improve the patient's trust and loyalty to the center and the company's products. 负责对患者的日常宣教工作，以增强患者对医嘱的顺应性，提高患者对中心及公司产品的信任度和忠诚度。 8.
