岗位职责: 1. Provide healthcare services through diagnosis, treatments and procedures as needed to patients in outpatient, inpatient ward and also in the Operation Room settings; 2. Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc and arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed. 3. Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and provide data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary. In charge of pre and post procedure patient management in inpatient areas. 4. Discontinue drains, dressing’s changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated. 5. Writes medical records for each outpatient and inpatient cases seen per Hospital standards and participate in all required Quality and Safety related trainings and education programs; 6. Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course, utilizes available resources, and intervenes as necessary to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved. 7. Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues. 8. Assists senior consultants and physician members on orthopedic cases when needed; 9. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other orthopedic team member and Department Chair; 10. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee; 11. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of the Department in supporting departmental goals; 12. Be flexible with shifts arrangements including shifts during weekends and on call duties per Department roster; 13. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Chairperson and/or CMO; 任职要求: • Valid medical qualification from recognized institution • Wide range of clinical knowledge and skill in orthopedics • More than 10 years of clinical experience in orthopedics • Overseas clinical experience would be advantage • Current orthopedic practice and advanced clinical development in orthopedic. • Expertise in Orthopedic Trauma, Sports Medicine and Pediatric Orthopedic will be prioritized;
