职责描述： 将担任文化与语言沟通的桥梁，确保阿拉伯语患者获得公平、富有同情心且高效的医疗服务。您的角色对于患者安全、满意度以及医院在社区内的声誉至关重要； 执行上级分配的其他市场相关任务。 Serve as a key liaison for Arabic-speaking patients,  bridging communication between patients, medical practitioners and hospital staff. Deliver culturally sensitive customer service throughout the patient journey (admission to discharge) to ensure satisfaction and promote hospital services. Undertake other market-related tasks assigned by superiors 任职要求： 3年以上客户服务类相关工作经历； 情商高、沟通协调能力强，中外籍人员均可； 语言要求:阿拉伯语熟练，英语可沟通，中文可沟通。 Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written) is essential. Deep understanding of Arab cultural norms and a high degree of cultural sensitivity. Familiarity with medical terminology is a strong advantage.
