Postdoctoral or Graduate (PhD or Master-level) Study Scholarships in perinatal epidemiology are available at CHU Saint-Justine, University of Montreal, Canada. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to study either 1) the relationships between nutrients, fetal growth and metabolic health biomarkers in the newborns; or 2) Aboriginal perinatal and infant health outcomes based on linkage of administrative birth-related data.

Qualifications:
1. At least a bachelor degree in biomedical science, statistics, epidemiology or related fields, GPA 3.2/4.0 or higher.
2. Knowledge and problem-solving skills in Epidemiology and Bio-statistics are desirable for PhD or Postdoctoral candidates.
3. Skills in data manipulation and statistical analysis using SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and scientific writing are desirable for PhD or Postdoctoral candidates.
4. Publications in perinatal research related topics are essential for Postdoctoral candidates.
5. English proficiency (oral and written communications) is essential. Working French knowledge is an asset. The University’s official teaching language is French. Most faculty members are bilingual.

Scholarships will be provided following the University’s standards.
