Applications are invited for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to work on a Wellcome Trust funded project, joining a multidisciplinary team led by Dr Jane Clarke. The person appointed will use a variety of biophysical and structural techniques to study the folding of small single and multidomain proteins. The project will involve the use of protein engineering, kinetic and thermodynamic measurements of folding, structural studies, possibly computational studies and data analysis.

The successful applicant is expected to have a PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline, preferably with experience of biophysical measurements of protein folding or other kinetic mechanisms.
