job description

The position is available in Anna Lauber-Biason’s lab, at the newly created Division of Endocrinology of the Medical Faculty of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, to study the molecular mechanisms of sex development in humans. Other major questions in the lab is the analysis of the pathophysiology of monogenic forms of diabetes (e.g. MODY) and of type I diabetes, with special attention to pancreatic beta-cells regeneration processes, as a possible alternative for the treatment and cure of diabetes.
