We are seeking for a Computational Materials Scientist with PhD degree in Materials Science, Physics or related fields. The researcher should be specialized in first-principles electronic structure calculations of surfaces, interfaces, and nanomaterials. He/She should be also interested in collaborating with Experimental Materials Scientists.
The researcher will be involved in the research project “Surface and interface studies of epitaxial diboride thin films for integration with nitride semiconductors” lead by Yukiko Yamada-Takamura and supported by the Funding Program for Next Generation World-Leading Researchers.
