Description

The above position is available for 12 months to work on a grant funded by GE Healthcare on Colorectal and Liver Cancer.

The successful candidate will have a PhD (or evidence that a thesis is about to be submitted) in a relevant subject such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry or biochemistry with evidence of strength in cancer biology, mathematics and computation. The ability to develop and test programs in a modern programming language such as C++, Java, Matlab and the capability to undertake research in medical image analysis is essential. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is desirable.
