About the position
The Batada lab at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research in Toronto has an opening for a Postdoctoral fellow in Bioinformatics. Our lab works on role of histone modification and chromosome structure in DNA replication and genome instability.

About you
You have a background in computational biology and bioinformatics with prior experience in analysis of next generation sequencing data (Illumina HiSeq). Prior experience with microarray analysis (expression, methylation), sequencing (RNA -seq, ChIP-seq, genome assembly, exome/WGS sequencing) or functional analysis (such as Gene Set Enrichment Analysis) is highly desirable.
