A full-time postdoctoral position is immediately available at Texas A&M University. Highly motivated candidates with strong background in reproductive biology, genetics, and developmental biology are particularly invited to apply. We use both Cre/LoxP conditional mouse models and in vitro approaches to understand the function of major growth factor pathways, especially TGFβ signaling pathway, in embryo implantation, uterine contraction, and pregnancy maintenance. These studies will help to identify how changes of these signaling pathways can lead to reproductive diseases and design novel therapies for uterine dysfunction. Candidates with expertise in reproductive biology have advantages. Applicants should have a doctoral degree and good communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience. To apply, please send a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and names and contact information of three references by email to: Qinglei Li, M.D., Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Veterinary Integrative Biosciences, College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, Texas A&M University, College Station, TX 77843.
