Job description
* Synthesis, design and analysis of NEMS or RF switch based devices
* Capture innovative ideas with patents and publish results on top journals and conferences
* Innovate on new device concepts, plan and conduct experiment design and device characterization
* Coordinate with process integration team and ASIC designers for fast prototyping and demonstration

Requirements
* PhD in mechanical, electrical or other majors relevant to MEMS design and fabrication
* Strong knowledge in physical modeling of mechanical switch with various types of actuation mechanism
* Able to work independently as well as a team player
* Strong oral and writing communication skill
* Familiar with MEMS fabrication
* Multi-physics FEM simulation is a must
* Applicants with experience in NEMS switch or RF switch is preferred
