Description

The project will involve working with Prof Gordon Lindsay, Prof Neil Isaacs and their research groups in structure-function studies on a major mitochondrial antioxidant pathway, both in vitro and in vivo.

This post would suit a biochemist with experience of producing and analysing structure –function relationships of purified recombinant proteins (including various mutants) and employing a wide range of molecular-biological, biochemical and biophysical techniques.
