Job Description Doctoral level scientist to join molecular pathology group at Novartis Oncology Biomarkers. Major activities include development of novel in situ assays, including FISH and ISH; validation of PK/PD relationships in cell culture systems, data analysis and cross validation with alternative modalities such as expression profiling.

The successful candidate will have experience in a broad range of molecular biology techniques, knowledge of histology, and experience in multivariate data analysis methods. Particular experience in oncology and dermatology desirable. The incumbent should be able to work independently with minimum guidance, and be able to communicate findings concisely at a high level.

Minimum requirements PhD in relevant discipline,. Minimum of 5 years postdoctoral experience
in relevant discipline.
