Postdoctoral position immediately available to study physiologicalfunctions and pathological alterations in arterial smooth muscle cellion channels. Projects include studying molecular signaling of TMEM16A,TRP, calcium-activated potassium channels and voltage-dependent calciumchannels. Experience with patch-clamp electrophysiology, confocalcalcium imaging, molecular biology, ion channel biochemistry, andcardiovascular physiology preferred. Required qualifications include aPhD or MD in Physiology or a related field.
