Description
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to fill postdoctoralpositions in Biochemistry (salary E13).
Our group is focussed on functional proteomics of multiprotein complexesassociated with integral membrane proteins such as ion channels andGPCRs (Schulte et al., Neuron, 2006 oder Berkefeld et al., Science, 2006).
The candidate biochemist will isolate multiprotein complexes frommembrane preparations, identify their constituents by nano-LC massspectrometry (using our own LTQ-FT) and investigate the structural andfunctional background of the respective protein-protein interactions.
