Description
A post-doc position is available for three years in the group ofChristine Blattner (JBC, 2006; MCB 2005) at the KIT/ForschungszentrumKarlsruhe to work on signal transduction and double strand break repair.
In the last years, several proteins have been identified that contributeto the repair of DNA lesions. However, little is known, how these repairfactors communicate with each other during the repair process. Withinthis project, light shall be shed on these activities.
We are looking for a well-trained and highly motivated molecularbiologist/chemist with a passion for science and the ability to work ina team.
Starting date: 15th of January 2008
