Project: genetics of autoimmune disease systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE )

A postdoctoral position is immediately available for a highly motivated candidate having a strong background in molecular biology/genetics. Our research projects aim at elucidating the genetic background behind the susceptibility to SLE . The successful candidate will have experience with molecular biology techniques, mammalian cell culture, and some knowledge in human statistical genetics and bioinformatics. Candidates must have good oral and written communication skills in English and must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will be offered a tax-exempt scholarship for 1 year with possible extension for one more year.
