My client is a company which has a growing R&D team. They are actively seeking an experienced postdoctoral scientist in inflammation/ oncology. They have established a successful and growing contract research business.

The company markets to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry a range of highly specialised, often unique, epithelial tissue and cell biology research services.

The research services sold to clients are state of the art and usually involve determination of the efficacy of a client’s drug(s). The company do not perform regulatory toxicology or safety services. Techniques include disease modelling, cell molecular biology and cell biology and with full histological and analytical technical support.

You will be a Post Doctoral level scientist with experience in Oncology or Inflammatory Diseases, possibly with tissue culture experience. Must be capable of study management, detailed level report writing and possibly have staff (technician) management experience.

Attention to fine detail is essential.
