POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES

Geisinger Health System (GHS) is seeking post-doctoral fellows for the Geisinger-Bucknell Center for Autism Research and Treatment. The research program is focused on the etiology and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Fellows will work with an interdisciplinary team of neurodevelopmental pediatricians, neuroradiologists, developmental psychologists, neuroscientists, and geneticists in a coordinated, translational effort into the identification, classification, intervention, and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorders, and intellectual disabilities/developmental delay.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced degree in neuroimaging, behavioral neuropsychology, clinical psychology, genomics, or a related discipline
• Primary research interest in neurodevelopmental disorders
• Previous experience with bioinformatics, statistics, neurogenetics, or structural and functional brain imaging is preferred

Clinical research opportunities and clinical supervision are available. Opportunities for teaching experience are available through Bucknell University.
