Description
Postdoctoral positions are available immediately at West VirginiaUniversity’s Department of Physiology and Pharmacology to study cellularand molecular mechanisms that regulate permeability in intactmicrovessels. Using single vessel perfusion technique in combinationwith fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy, the post-doctoralfellow will conduct NIH-funded research projects to identify andcharacterize the signaling mechanisms and structural changes in theregulation of microvascular functions during inflammation and diseaseconditions (http://www.hsc.wvu.edu/som/physio/bioHe.asp).
