Description
We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to complement our massspectrometry team, headed by Keiryn Bennett, studying pathway mapping,chemical, and medical proteomics, quantitation of molecular machines,and post-translational modifications. Candidates must have a PhD, astrong academic track record, and expertise in mass spectrometry andproteomics. A background in biochemistry would be beneficial.
Selected Publications:
Buerckstuemmer et al. Nat Methods 2006; Koecher and Superti-Furga NatMethods 2007, Rix et al. Blood 2007;
The successful candidates would be integrated into our multidisciplinaryteam consisting of biochemists, molecular and cell biologists, medicaldoctors, mass spectrometrists, bioinformaticians, and chemists. Goodcommunication skills, independence, and a sense of responsibility arerequired. English is the working language.
