Description
One research position is available for basic and translational studiesof targeted molecular therapy for thoracic cancers at SylvesterComprehensive Cancer Canter/University of Miami. The successfulcandidate must have strong laboratory experience in basic and advancedmolecular biology techniques including immunoprecipitation, genesilencing using RNAi, quantitative RT-PCR, immunocyto-andimmunohisto-chemistry. Basic understanding or prior experience withcaspase-mediated apoptosis-inducing signal transduction and adenovirusgene therapy is an asset.
