Applications are invited for a Post-Doctoral Researcher in MolecularMicrobiology for up to one year in the first instance on a projectfunded by the US National Institutes of Health. You will work on themolecular basis and control of physical and biochemical recognition ofstreptococci by Candida. The project is led by Professor HowardJenkinson and will be undertaken in the Oral Microbiology Unitlaboratories. You will have a PhD in (molecular) microbiology orbiochemistry, and some experience with sequence analysis, geneexpression studies, mutagenesis, and DNA-protein interactions.
