Description
We look for a highly motivated and committed postdoctoral scientist tojoin our team in the isolation and identification of natural compounds.
The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:
* PhD degree preferably in Pharmacy, also graduates in Chemistry,Biology or another field strongly related to pharmaceutical biology are welcome
* Experience in phytochemistry (analytics, isolation, structureelucidation of natural compounds, quality assessment of drugs etc.) andespecially practical experience in mass spectrometry of plant secondary metabolites
* Experience in teaching (practical training in pharmacognosy/pharmaceutical biology, microbiology)
* Good German and English language skills
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to work in a team
The applicant will be involved in the supervision of diploma students,PhD students and technicians. She/he should be creative, establish her/his own focus of research and acquire project funding.
We offer well-equipped laboratories, scope for scientific developmentand a positive atmosphere.
