Description
A Postdoc / Research Scientist position in Biochemistry / DevelopmentalBiology is currently available at the Biocenter of the University ofWürzburg (Physiol. Chemistry, Prof. Gessler).
Our work focuses on vertebrate cardiovascular development and Notchsignaling. We are interested in the function of Hey bHLH transcriptionfactors as Delta-Notch signal transducers in different cell types andduring organogenesis. We use a broad range of molecular and cell biologytechniques and model systems to characterize Hey functions in vivo andtheir network of DNA and protein interactions.
