Description
We are a junior research group interested in the characterisation of“immune escape” mechanisms in ovarian cancer (PI: Joerg Wischhusen,PhD). In this context, special emphasis is placed on the role ofclassical and non-classical members of the TGF-beta superfamily.
We offer a full PostDoc position in new and well-equipped lab roomslocated at the Department of Gynaecology at the University of WuerzburgMedical School.
We expect candidates to have a strong background in immunology, cellbiology and molecular biology. Experience with primary cells derivedfrom the tumour microenvironment would be especially welcomed. Inaddition, you should be highly motivated to take on challenging newprojects and be able to conduct your research in a self-responsible andinteractive way.
