Description
A postdoctoral fellow position is available to study the physiologicalfunctions and therapeutic implications of nuclear receptors. Theresearch project will examine the molecular mechanisms through whichnuclear receptors, particularly PPARs, control metabolic andinflammatory processes using primary cultures and mouse models ofmetabolic diseases.
Applicants should have a doctorate in biochemistry or cell or molecularbiology. Prior experience in mouse disease models is desirable but notnecessary. The position is available to start in early summer of 2008.
