Post Doctoral Research Associate Ref: LS/80280
Salary will be ￡27,466 per annum
You will work with Dr Bill Sellers and Dr Jonathan Coddon a LeverhulmeTrust funded collaborative research project Size dependent energetics ofbipedal locomotion:the role of elastic mechanisms. You will join aworld-class laboratory that is part of a multi-disciplinary programme inadaptive organismal biology, within a 5-rated (RAE 2001) Faculty. Youwill possess research skills and experience in comparative physiology orbiomechanics and will be able to demonstrate a research interestinlocomotor biology, evolutionary biomechanics and musculoskeletal physiology.
You should hold (or expect to obtain shortly) a PhD or equivalent in arelevant subject. You will be highly motivated and capable of using initiative.
